Cardio warm-up
1. Choose any 1 option
2. Duration 3-5 minutes, moderate intensity
3. Can do 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off and repeat

Mobility warm-up
1. Do 10-15 reps, 2-3 sets
2. Can also do arm, neck and waist rotation

1. 10-15 repetitions, 3-4 sets of each exercise
2. Do with proper form and speed
3. Take 45-60 seconds rest after every set, more if needed
